Well Hello Guild,
It has been along while now and things are slowly going. As most know I (Unoguy) have had my account off for awhile now however there is some good news. I will be getting my account back in approximately 4 weeks. I have left the Guild in the capable hands of Xulakumori.
I have been so busy I recently found out that I will be starting a new job hopefully and then I will be back. When I return I look forward to taking back the position of GM however I will be busy training for my new job and devoting myself to the Guild as I did before may be difficult so I plan to deligate tasks to officers until my training is finished.
I have heard from members we have lost a few members however don't let this detour you from YNM. We tried the whole "Guild Serious" bit and we aren't there and most don't want to go there, it is a game and thats the point to have fun.
I look forward to coming back and seeing you all soon.

Alright as of late we have strayed from our original design. We originaly started this Guild to help people while having fun. However we have forgotten about this as we gained more members and more 70's especially, I am as guilty as anyone in this. However to fix this we will be changing things back to how we were.

First off our ranks will be changing to be based only upon Guild Participation except for our Level 70's they will have another form of promotion once they reach the promotion cap. If you want to raid you will be required to participate in Guild Activities and apply for Raid Spots. I will post an application for raid members who would like to raid. You will not be able to just join the Guild and start raiding and we will not be raiding for several weeks, until we get the best possible pre-Kara gear for those who want to raid.

I am sorry to those members that have been neglected and most are those that aren't level 70. We became more geared towards starting to Raid and that was and is in part my fault. I also believe it is because members are unaware of the options for recieving help we have. We have a guild Forum that members can post requests on. There is a max number of requests and that is 2 per weekend. Some instances take longer then others and because of this we limit the ammount to 2. You can post group quests all that. Now just because its posted doesnt' mean it will happen but those who are helping stand the oppurtunity to recieve promotions and Guild Recognition.

Another feature we have for members is our myspace page. We are aware that most members have real lives outside of the game, and feel free to add our Guild to your friends. Just go to myspace.com/yorunomamorigami and click add to friends.

PROMOTIONS:

We lost a few members this last weekend because one in paticular didn't feel like they were recieving help and due to this others followed, some had the same issues however some left simply to avoid hurting relationships with members that left. We have lost members in the past and i'm sure not everyone will like these changes. However we lost sight of what the Guild was supposed to be and now we are trying to fix that first and foremost.

Okay to register there is a link on the left bar that says Register. Click this and create a personal password and username which will be what you use to log in. After this you should be redirected and at the top of the page you should se a link that says Character Management. If you don't see this link you will need to see the article below this one. Once in Character Management you will be prompted to create a character make sure you create a character for all members in the Guild. After you create your character you will go back to Character management and should see a tab that says Guild you will need to click this tab and will be prompted to Join our guild.You will need a password which i have placed in the Guild Information Section In GAME. If you have any other problems arise contact me.

I have been having the officers use this briefly before releasing it to other members. We have encountered a few technical issues and I am taking the needed action to get them resolved. If you are having either troup registering or logging out or in if you use AOL it seems to work Internet Explorer is having some issues as of late. AOL is free in case people don't know. Another tid bit you will need to register your characters ALL of them that are in the Guild in order to see all the Forums and what not. I will post the Password in the Guild Information Section in Game. I will be requiring all members to register all members, due to the technical issues the site is having I will allow 4 weeks, this should be sufficient time for all members, and pleanty if you have to download and make a free AOL account. I will post more frequently on this site since it is easier.
